The recipe only consists of a few basic ingredients and is very easy to prepare. It also needs to cooking and can easily be prepared for one person! If you are trying to fix this meal for more people, you can simply multiply the ingredients by the amount of people.
1 cup of cottage cheese
0.5 cup of greek yoghurt
2 tsp stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 cup berries of your choice (frozen or fresh)
Steps to make it:
1) Mix cottage cheese, yoghurt and stevia in a bowl
2) Place the mixture in a small bowl
3) Add cinnamon and berries evenly on top of the mixture
